The eighth revised edition of the Nutrient Requirements of Beef Cattle builds on the previous editions. A great deal of new research has been published during the past 14 years and there is a large amount of new information for many nutrients. In addition to a thorough and current evaluation of the literature on the energy and nutrient. In part two of this segment, I want to share some interesting food for thought following the release of new research that reveals consumer attitudes about eating meat. This research could perhaps help us shape our messaging when we try to build bridges between producers and consumers.
